Step 1: Research
Objective:
• Conduct user interviews, create personas, determine user tasks and create a tentative list of requirements
• Determine user core values through affinity diagrams

Step 2: Speed Prototyping & Testing
Objectives:
• Brainstorm ideas through crazy 8s, refine top 4 into storyboards
• Develop paper prototype of top idea
• Conduct user testing and cognitive walkthroughs to refine ideas and designs

Objectives:
• Design an interactive Figma prototype that includes key user tasks
• Conduct user testing and refine the prototype based on feedback
• Develop a presentation showcasing the concept, user flow, and final design
