Yearly Design: 1 month
Step 1: Prelimary Designs
Objective:
• Design a primary logo along with a distinct, year-specific logo for each edition.
• Both must be monochrome to be featured on a t-shirt
• Get notes from client on changes and alternative ideas
Step 2: Finalize Logos
Objectives:
• Make client changes!
• "Add more imagery and playfulness to 2024 logo" (add a banner look + icons)
• "Tinman in the 2025 should be more dynamic" (tinman running/celebrating)
• "Love the main logo" (Yay no changes required!)

Objectives:
• Create rough mockups to show placement
• Select t-shirt colours and print colours that fit the design and overall brand
• Send designs to the printers and make any necessary changes required
Step 4: Event day
Objectives:
• Hand out t-shirts to all participants, volunteers and teachers
• Help supervise and support timers
