Step 1: Identify Problem Areas

Objective:

• @wloorec already had great content promoting their programs but they received little to no traction on posts

• Professionalism was seen throughout their content without a lot of relatable or trendy content

• Goal: Find balance between fun and informative

Step 2: Solution

Objectives:

• Do a weekly post focused on still fitting the brand but with a more relaxed and relatable feel that encourages interaction

Track performance of posts more closely to determine how to maintain followers and connection with the student community


Step 3: Ideate. Create. Track. Repeat.

Objectives:

Create and post content to the @wloorec page and track how it performs

• Stay on top of the latest trends and tie them back to informative content, while still keeping things fun and engaging.
